• You find it hard to relax and feel like there's never enough time.

• The critical voice inside keeps saying you're not good enough.

What would it feel like to have more time to yourself and still achieve your career goals?
Imagine finally taking control of your the 'nasty voice' in your head and learning to love yourself.
How amazing would it be to experience more relaxation, calm and joy every day?
These days everyone is busy, busy but all too often it can be at the expense of our mental and physical health.
Pushing ourselves in the masculine goal-centred paradigm causes many women to experience exhaustion, adrenal fatigue and burnout. But there is another way! By tuning into yourself and being present in the moment, you can achieve your heart's desires while still honouring your body.
My mission is to help women feel their best most energetic and vibrant selves so they can step into their power and shine their light in the world. I'd love to help guide you in stepping into your full potential and purpose. The world needs heart-centred women like you to make a difference!
What would it feel like if you could improve your mental health, boost your energy and live a more fulfilling and purposeful life?

I've always had big dreams of making a difference in a world, but for many years exhaustion, confusion and chronic health issues held me back.
In my early 30s I was diagnosed with Hashimotos auto-immune disease, which causes the body's immune system to attack the thyroid. Despite being medicated and my blood tests showing I was in the 'normal' range, I suffered from debilitating chronic fatigue. I felt so frustrated as there were so many things I wanted to do. I knew I wanted to live my purpose and make an impact on the world, but hardly had the energy to get out of bed.
One of the things recommended to help auto-immune disease is reducing stress, but with two young daughters and a job as a feature writer for a large healthcare organisation, this didn't always feel possible!
At my lowest point of feeling totally depleted, I booked onto a meditation retreat at a women's centre called Taraloka in Wales.
I'm now a fully accredited mindfulness teacher and registered with the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA).
Mindfulness has been key to awakening to the meaning of my life and having the clarity and energy to make a difference in the world. Now I can honestly say that I'm truly fulfilled, living my purpose and love witnessing the amazing transformation of the people I work with.
Starting 13th February 2023
“Daily meditation has become a way of supporting my mental wellbeing without a doubt. I think I’m breathing more deeply consistently in general. I feel more present, grounded, realistic, calm, positive. The kindness mediations encourage me to be compassionate to myself. I wouldn’t be without it. It’s the sort of course I wish I’d discovered and embraced years ago.”
— Gillian Gabriel
“ It's been an incredibly challenging time and Tammy’s course supported me throughout with encouraging me to take daily walks in nature, committing to a regular meditation practice, attending a wonderful meditation/woodland retreat and taking time to slow down, say ‘no’ and show myself compassion. Tammy is wonderfully supportive."
— Victoria Southgate
“Understanding mindfulness has allowed me to feel pleasure even more by tuning into my senses and it's OK to take a break and enjoy life pleasures. Meditation is now a daily practice of mine, I really do believe the breath is the root to our inner knowing. It's so powerful because it's our life force! I love practicing breath with movement now.”
— Cristina Anca Flueras

It's a common experience for the mind to wander in meditation and believe it or not this isn't actually a bad thing! Contrary to popular belief the aim of meditation isn't to keep your mind clear of thoughts. During the course you'll be given my personal support and guidance to learn how to meditate and overcome and blocks or challenges that arise.
During the course you'll be learning to set up a daily meditation practice which will sustain you for the rest of your life! You'll be given a new meditation to practice each week and provided with the recording. We start off with short 10 minute meditations and gradually build up to practising 20 minute meditations by the end of the course.
