I trained as a mindfulness teacher after going through burn-out myself. My background is the fast-paced world of journalism and for many years I was fuelled by a mixture of caffeine and adrenaline! When I went through divorce I hit rock bottom - suffering panic attacks, insomnia, anxiety and exhaustion. Add to this two young children and a chronic illness!
It was at that difficult time that I discovered mindfulness through a meditation retreat. My life was so transformed that I wanted to help other women too. My mission is to help high-achieving women shine their light in the world without burning out.
